Artwork Guidelines
We accept artwork in PDF format. Upload your files directly through our secure system during the order process. For the best results, follow the preparation guidelines below before uploading.
Preparing Your PDF
Use high-resolution settings when exporting your PDF. Embed all fonts to avoid substitution issues. We recommend using CMYK color mode for the most accurate color reproduction in print.
Bleed & Safe Area
Bleed is the area beyond the trim edge that gets cut off during finishing. Extend your background colors and images to the bleed line to avoid white edges. Keep all important text and logos within the safe area, well inside the trim line. Specific bleed and safe area dimensions vary by product.
Image Quality
For sharp, professional printing, we recommend images at 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size. Lower-resolution images may appear pixelated or blurry in the finished product.
Color Guidance
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) is the standard color mode for print. RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is used for screens. Colors designed in RGB may shift when printed in CMYK. What you see on your monitor may not exactly match the printed result due to differences between screen and print color rendering.
File Size & Upload
Maximum file size is 50MB per PDF. Upload your artwork directly through our secure storage during the order process. We accept one PDF per side or configuration as specified on the product page.
Proof Approval
Before we print, you will receive a proof to review. This is your opportunity to check layout, colors, and content. We require your explicit approval before proceeding to production. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.
Turnaround
Turnaround times vary by product. Standard and Express options are available and displayed on each product page during configuration. Turnaround begins after proof approval, not at the time of order.
Shipping
We currently offer flat rate shipping. Shipping details and estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. All orders are tracked end to end.
Reordering
You can reorder previous jobs from your order tracking page. Reorders use the same approved artwork, so there is no need to upload again. Simply select the order and place a new one.
